Want to help us meet our conservation goals and potentially win an amazing travel package? Purchase a Golden Raffle Ticket today!
Here’s how it works: We pre-sell just 100 Golden Raffle Tickets. When you buy your Golden Raffle Ticket, you choose which travel package you’d like to win. We’ll draw the winning ticket just before the live auction on May 20th and award the chosen package to the raffle winner. (Note: the Golden Raffle does not include the Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic cruise in the Galapagos).
This package is for two people. You’ll be among animals unafraid of you. Snorkel, hike, paddleboard, cruise by Zodiac. Join us this 50th anniversary year to get everything the Galapagos Islands have to offer, aboard the brand-new National Geographic Endeavour II.
Since the first international tourist expedition to Galapagos in July 1967 with Lars-Eric Lindblad, we’ve introduced generations of guests to these strange and wonderful islands, the world’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sailing twice weekly, all year round. Explore the undersea on our Galapagos cruise tours. In the nearly 50 years we’ve been exploring here, we’ve introduced generations of guests to the magic and mystery of Galapagos— the best islands in the world.

Nothing compares to rafting Hells Canyon in Idaho, home of the mighty Snake River and the deepest gorge in North America. Marking the border between Idaho and Oregon, Idaho’s Hells Canyon plunges to depths of nearly 8,000 feet between the Seven Devils range to the east and Oregon’s rim country to the west. Through this tremendous gorge, the Snake River’s warm, clear waters yield some of the best big waves and whitewater rapids in the U.S. Northwest. In calmer sections, the Snake River serves up great Idaho fishing opportunities. Hells Canyon’s watery bliss is matched by its stunning rockscapes and the intriguing remnants of past inhabitants, creating a rich river adventure that’s hard to beat. Warm weather, warm water and fun rapids make this a great trip for kids, parents and grandparents of nearly any age.

Soak up the sun. Ramble with the river. The Lower Salmon River in Idaho meanders warm, wide and mellow, making it a great rafting getaway for families and first-time rafters. Idaho’s Lower Salmon River is home to some of America’s most beautiful inland river beaches, super-sandy and sprawling alongside clear, mellow pools which are perfect for stand up paddleboarding and playing in inflatable kayaks. There’s no shortage of thrill seeking either. Some of Idaho’s most famous whitewater rapids, gorges and viewscapes—like Demons Drop, Snow Hole and Blue Canyon are just around the bend. The Lower Salmon River exhibits a side of Idaho seldom seen by most visitors. Distinguished from the forests and mountains that make up much of Idaho’s wilderness, this river runs through the warmer, drier canyon country of the Seven Devils. The Lower Salmon is also a veritable treasure chest of intriguing stories and relics from the past. Known human history dates back to a mind-boggling 10,000 years ago when the first humans inhabited the river canyon, leaving a wealth of Native American rock art.
